This video from oorail.com takes an old Bachmann V3 Tank 67673 in BR Plain Black Early Emblem with Westinghouse pump that we acquired on eBay for under £27 and transforms it from model to realistic locomotive using weathering powders. The video shows the locomotive in its original factory clean state, the process used to weather the steam locomotive and the end result on the layout.
