This is a quick video to show how indestructible the Hornby Class 06 Diesel Shunter really is. Just over six months ago I handed over a brand new Class 06 Diesel Shunter - 06008 to my two year old son (who is now three). He had full access to the Class 06, ran it on his two Bachmann EZ track layouts on the living room floor, on the main oorail layout and on his new layout in the living room. The thing has been exposed to not only your average destructive two year old kid but also a 100lbs Alaskan Malamute and a few cats... Its held up surprising well... So if you need a suggestion this holiday season for a loco you can just hand over to the kids - this Class 08 R3065 is definitely worth a look...
